Hacking Dopamine

Every morning, I trick myself into doing yoga.

It blows my mind that my brain falls for it every time.

First, I tell myself that today I will skip yoga as I don't feel doing it today.

Full disclosure: I never feel like it.

I tell myself that I will just watch SNL comedy sketches on YouTube while seating on the mat. 

Once I get on the mat and open the video, I tell myself that I can watch it after 10 minutes of yoga.

Crazy enough: After yoga, I am so recharged that I forget about the video. 

I am glad my brain doesn't learn, lol.
