give yourself a break

Practical Meditation for People Who Work on High-Stakes Projects

Are you at the end of your rope?

  • Stretched too thin, working insane hours, and constantly juggling too many priorities?

  • Do you feel a vague sense of heartache, as if your life will pass and you are missing out?

  • Are you running in circles, and there is no end to it?

if you crave calm and transcendence in your life, meditation might be the answer

However, many of us believe inner peace is out of reach…

Does this sound familiar?

You have trouble meditating because you can’t sit still

Your brain has trouble shutting down.

You keep thinking about events of the day or your to-do list.

If so, there is nothing wrong with you!

Because of the nature of modern work, your brain is wired to juggle many things at a time.

Standard meditation techniques might not work for you because of how much you use your mind.

What you need is a special approach to meditation that was developed specifically for busy or analytical minds.

meditation for busy minds

Hi, I am Mayya Shveygert, PhD.

I spent many years in academia and corporate (biopharma), so working under constant pressure is very familiar.

I teach people with analytical minds simple, proven techniques for releasing stress, calming the mind, and building inner strength.

Most of my clients work in R&D, biopharma, and start-up environments, so knowing how to regulate daily stress levels is not a luxury but a necessity.

For those of us with analytical minds, our brains are trained to process information quickly and make data-driven decisions. We often struggle with traditional meditation techniques that involve emptying the mind.

As a PhD-trained scientist, I teach the approach developed specifically for people with busy minds, offering inner clarity and calm without needing to change how your brain operates.

“Mayya has helped me navigate some of the hardest times in my life. She has an undeniable connection to spirit and the clarity that comes from that guidance has shed light on my path when I most needed it. Her honesty is a gift to everyone she encounters and her hugs are just the best. She is devoted to truth the way scientists are and devoted to love the way mystics are. Rare and exquisite combination.”

“During the pandemic, I attempted to meditate; however, it felt strange! My brain couldn’t stop wandering, and I thought I just wasn’t built for it.

When I started working with Mayya, I discovered a whole new dimension in the interaction between brain and body. My work in early-phase clinical trials is often associated with strict deadlines, pressure to consolidate data quickly, and the need to switch between different programs rapidly. Regular meditation work with Mayya helps me stay calm, productive, and maintain the vision that my life is not just about work.”
