Antidote to Self-Criticism

Every day, my perfection-oriented brain finds 5 ways how I blew it in some aspect of my life.

Every day, I remind myself that by the time I become good at something, I crave another challenge.

Kindness to myself and others is a primary goal in my life.

It is what I want to grow in the world.

It is what I teach.

Hence, it is what I MUST live.

I was raised to be so critical of myself that I need to actively rewire my brain to be kind.

I am not leaving something as important as self-compassion to chance.
