Feeling overloaded and drained? 

You don't need meditation. You need to learn how to say NO. 

- No to carrying the burdens that are not yours to carry. 

- No to the things that don't recharge you. 

- No to people who sap your energy. 

- No to fears that drive you towards overworking.

- No to thinking you are responsible for other people's feelings. 

- No to doing things to impress others or seek their approval.

- No to believing you have to do it all on your own. 

- No to the insecurities driving you to do more. 

Your time and desires for yourself matter as much as the desires of others for you or your time. 

If it is not a "Hell yeah!", it should be a "Hell no!" 

Give yourself the right to choose what you want. That will increase your chances of ending up with the life you like.
