Draft post title
Alert: venting post! Please tell me I am not the only one who spends a ton of time taking care of the medical needs of an elder family member.
Last week, I spent close to 15 hours; this week, it will be around 12.
I can do it because I work for myself, and as a medical writer, I am somewhat familiar with medical terminology, so I don't feel that lost.
How does the rest of the world do this? Like people with full-time jobs who are not MDs and not familiar with medical jargon?
I just spend 2.5 hours on the phone simply scheduling medical appointments. Can this be outsourced?
